Father’s Day Fudge Squares

Gooey, sweet, chocolatey and chock-full of Butter Fudge these easy-to-make Father’s Day Fudge Squares are the perfect treat for a special Dad (and family…) The artisan white chocolate swirl adds a touch of luxurious decadence to a simply scrummy bake.

    Milk Chocolate Coated Butter Fudge 175g

100g Unsalted Butter
200g Chocolate Coated Butter Fudge
1½ tbsp Golden Syrup
150g Rice Krispies
350g Milk Chocolate
50g White Chocolate



  1. Prepare a 20cm square baking tin – lightly grease/ line with baking paper.
  2. Gently heat (in a copper pan if you have one – but definitely non-stick) the butter, golden syrup and 150g of the Chocolate Covered Butter Fudge until the butter has melted and the fudge is getting runny.
  3. Add the Rice Krispies into the bowl and stir in with the remaining 50g of Chocolate Coated Butter Fudge.
  4. Pour and spread the mixture into the baking tin and press down firmly.
  5. Gently melt the milk chocolate, stirring until smooth, then pour over the butter fudge mixture in the tin.
  6. Place the baking tin in the fridge to chill and set. One cool, gently melt the white chocolate and drizzle with abundance across the top of the traybake. Place back in the fridge and allow to set.
  7. Once this is done remove and leave for a little while before cutting into squares.
